Hi! I’m Zoe…

Founder & CEO of Kae Ventures — a company born from both passion and purpose. After being laid off from my last job, I asked myself: why keep building someone else’s dream when I have the creativity, experience, and connections to build my own? Coming from a long line of entrepreneurs, it felt only natural to take that leap — and that’s when Kae Ventures was born.

My career began at 18, when the only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted to see the world and meet new people. That curiosity led me to major in Hospitality — a decision that evolved into a 15-year career filled with adventure, creativity, and unforgettable experiences.

Over the years, I’ve worn countless hats: wedding planner, conference manager, restaurant event sales manager, bartender, server, restaurant manager, strategic meetings planner, and incentive retreat & corporate travel planner. I even had the opportunity to orchestrate a company’s Nasdaq bell-ringing. To date, I’ve traveled to 65 countries — solo, with friends, family, and corporate teams. Each role and journey has added a new layer to my understanding of hospitality and experience design — and I’ve built some incredible connections along the way.

Most recently, I traded Boston’s city streets for the coastal charm of Laguna Beach, where I now call home. When I’m not working, you’ll find me camping with my boyfriend and our Great Dane, or out riding my horse — soaking in the freedom that inspired this entire venture.
